Project Manager (Kofax /Tungsten Experience Preferred) in at WonderBotz

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of automation and digital transformation projects.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Conduct governance meetings, status reviews, and project reporting with leadership and customers.
• Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum / Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Manage resource allocation, effort estimation, and delivery planning.
• Drive stakeholder communication and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support implementation of Intelligent Automation and Document Processing solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure successful solution delivery.

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management within IT / Automation project
• Strong experience in managing enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and delivery governance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously
