This role sits at the core of a global brand marketing organization responsible for shaping how a leading consumer brand is positioned, experienced, and scaled across markets. You will help define and execute the strategic vision that drives long-term brand equity, demand, and customer loyalty across multiple product categories. The role blends strategic planning, campaign development, and hands-on execution of global product launches and integrated marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, insights, creative, and regional marketing to bring compelling campaigns and content to life. Acting as a key connector between global strategy and regional execution, you will ensure consistent, high-impact brand storytelling across all touchpoints. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment suited for a marketer who thrives on creativity, structure, and cross-functional influence.
- Support the development and execution of global brand strategy and multi-year roadmap to strengthen brand equity, awareness, and market positioning.
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end execution of new product launches, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and regional needs.
- Manage development of campaign assets including messaging, claims, packaging, digital content, PR, social media, influencer activations, and retail materials.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Insights, Creative Studio, Digital, and Regional Marketing) to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Translate consumer and market insights into actionable marketing strategies and benefit-driven campaigns across product categories.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels and customer touchpoints, both online and offline.
- Track campaign performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Support internal alignment by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely execution of marketing deliverables.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign development, or integrated marketing roles within mid-to-large organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in launching marketing campaigns and managing end-to-end brand initiatives.
- Strong ability to translate insights into creative and effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong business acumen, including familiarity with budgeting and performance tracking.
- Proactive, accountable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Competitive salary within a range of approximately $62,200 – $100,200 annually (based on experience and location)
