• Relevant Degree — Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a closely related field, or equivalent related professional experience demonstrating the ability to support strategic marketing planning, client management, and cross-functional campaign execution.
• Account Experience — 5+ years of agency account management or corporate marketing experience with direct responsibility for translating strategy into tactical marketing plans, managing client communications, and coordinating campaign delivery across internal and external stakeholders.
• Multi-Market Marketing Experience — Experience supporting franchise, multi-location, regional, or distributed business models is preferred, including responsibility for adapting marketing activities to local market conditions, stakeholder needs, business objectives, and performance insights across multiple markets or locations.
