Automotive Parts Professional Salary Range: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with one weekday off, Saturday 8am-4pm. Job Summary This position's focus is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. In this fast-paced environment, you must handle needs quickly, correctly, and efficiently. Qualifications · 1-2 years experience with auto parts sales (Honda auto parts sales preferred) · 1-2 years experience in dealership with Dealer Management System (Reynolds & Reynolds preferred) · Strong work ethic · Punctual and reliable · Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Great communicator · Exceptional organizational and time management skills · Ability to follow instructions · Team player · Exhibits a "can-do" attitude · A strong commitment to safety · Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
Primary Responsibilities · Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish · Work with parts team to locate any parts that aren't in stock · Complete special order part request for the customer · Communicate with customer on parts status frequently · Consistently working with Technicians and Service Advisors (determining parts needs, creating estimates, pulling parts, and other various duties) · Must follow safety policies and procedures · Keep up to date on products, maintenance requirements, and other services
Requirements · Physically able to perform assigned tasks (lifting 85 lbs or more, kneeling, bending, walking, and standing for prolonged periods) · Must have a valid drivers' license with a good driving history and no record of reckless driving Environmental Conditions · Expect consistent exposure to moving parts, chemicals, dust, dirt, and inclement weather conditions.
