About the Role:

The CNC Machine Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of CNC programming and machine setup.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in CNC operation or machining technology.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines.
• Knowledge of multiple CNC machine types including lathes and mills.
