This role offers the opportunity to help build and scale an enterprise sales motion in the US market from the ground up.
You will own a strategic territory focused on organizations with 1,000–5,000+ employees and drive complex deals from initial prospecting through close.
You will engage directly with C-level executives and senior leaders across HR, IT, and Communications, acting as a trusted strategic advisor throughout the buying process.
The position combines new business development, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration across the entire customer journey.
You will have significant influence over sales strategy, messaging, processes, and the development of a repeatable US go-to-market motion.
Working closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leadership, you will help establish a strong foundation for long-term enterprise growth.

The Account Executive will own an enterprise territory and be responsible for developing a high-impact pipeline, managing strategic opportunities, and closing new business while helping shape the broader US sales motion.
- Identify, prospect, and win strategic enterprise accounts within the 1,000–5,000+ employee segment.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, account research, relationship development, and other new business strategies.
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles from first engagement through negotiation and close.
- Engage and build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Communications, and other functions.
- Navigate complex buying centers and align multiple stakeholders around a compelling business case.
- Act as a strategic advisor by understanding customer challenges and translating platform capabilities into relevant business outcomes.
- Develop tailored sales strategies and value propositions based on customer needs, organizational priorities, and ideal customer profiles.
- Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to qualify, manage, forecast, and advance opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to orchestrate a coordinated buyer journey.
- Contribute insights that improve sales messaging, processes, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Help establish scalable enterprise sales processes and best practices for the growing US business.
- Represent the organization professionally at customer meetings, industry events, team gatherings, and other strategic engagements.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a proven B2B SaaS new-business seller with strong enterprise experience, executive presence, and the drive to build a market from an early stage.
- 4–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a focus on Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
- Proven success selling to organizations with approximately 1,000–5,000+ employees.
- Strong track record of consistently winning new logos and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a true hunter with a strong passion for new business development.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes involving HR, IT, Communications, and C-level executives.
- Strong understanding of strategic and consultative enterprise selling.
- Experience using MEDDPICC or a similar structured sales methodology.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles in a disciplined, strategic, and data-driven manner.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence communicating at the executive level.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and business-development skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating in an environment with limited inherited processes and significant individual ownership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for helping build a new market and scalable sales motion.
- Willingness to travel for key customer meetings, QBRs, team events, and other important business engagements.
