3rd Shift Extrusion Machine Operator in New Holland, Pennsylvania at Superior Outdoor Products Inc

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Additional overtime may be required.

• Operate extrusion machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain the flow of production from raw materials through finished components
• Measure finished components using precision measuring tools
• Use saws and other power tools
• Safely operate a forklift in a busy manufacturing environment
• Identify problems and participate in continuous-improvement efforts
• Assist in other production areas as scheduling needs arise
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Ability to read a tape measure and use other measuring devices
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
• Experience with machine operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

This position is performed in a manufacturing environment and may be affected by current weather conditions. Employees regularly use their hands and fingers to handle tools, equipment, and controls and frequently stand, reach, communicate, and listen. The position may require lifting up to 50 pounds.
