We develop our leaders from within, because the strongest hospitality companies are the ones that grow their own.ABOUT DWTNR COCKTAIL BAR AND LOUNGELocated at ARRIVE Albuquerque, a beautifully renovated historic hotel and neighborhood hub, DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge is a high/low, east/west cocktail bar, restaurant, and swim club, where Pan Asian American classics are served alongside Americana comfort food.POSITION PROFILE:We're looking for a friendly Server who's enthusiastic about serving tasty food, drinks, and coffee while forging authentic connections with guests at DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge.THE TASK AT HAND:Assess, anticipate, and meet guest needs, responding quickly without losing focus on the dining experience.Communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and management, adapting to different personalities with ease.Understand the full menu of food and beverage items, communicating it to guests effectively and accurately.Recognize and resolve problems using good judgment, tact, and initiative, in line with company policy.Perform basic accounting and math, operating cash registers, the Micros system, and hot beverage makers.Keep a clean, organized workspace per side-work guidelines.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Required1 year of related experience as a Server in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.Clear thinker who stays calm and resolves problems using good judgment; works cohesively as part of a team.Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.Able to lift up to 30lbs.Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Competitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k).Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay.Career advancement and professional development as we open new hotels and restaurants nationwide.Employee discounts across our entire portfolio (25 hotels and more to come!).
