Why We Need You:

This role ensures equipment and production areas are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained to support safe and efficient operations.

A Day in the Life | Responsibilities We Trust You With:

• Cleans and sterilizes equipment.

• Keeps accurate records of sterilizing and required paperwork.

• Cleans and assembles all parts, individual stations or areas of operation.

• Breaks down various parts of machine: filter, pump, sealing and checks conditions.

• Assembles machines, carefully inspecting each part for cleanliness and condition.

• Responsible for identifying and correcting errors with moderate impact.

• Weekend and overtime hours as required.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Must Know | Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to multiply and divide and follow written job instructions

• Ability to use simple tools and measuring instruments

Your Working Relationships | Leadership:

• Works within own team and other groups

• Works both independently and under supervisor direction

• Provides leadership in recordkeeping and paperwork

• Team of three employees, with 10–25% time spent in team activities

Your Work Environment | Working Conditions and Safety Considerations:

• Frequent exposure to dirt, heat, fumes, vibration, noise, and wetness

• Occasional exposure to dust, cold, and poor ventilation; seldom exposure to odor and dryness

• Moderate lifting and physical effort; significant movement, climbing/walking, and standing

• Approximate lifting requirement: 50–75 lbs

• Requires use of hands and fingers and operation of equipment and machinery

• Follows plant/safety rules.

• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
