BDC Representative Needed!
BDC Agent – Automotive DealershipWe are looking for a friendly, motivated BDC Agent to join our dealership team. This position is responsible for communicating with customers by phone, text, and email, responding to online inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet and phone leads promptly
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments
