Are you a Licensed Nail Technician looking for a flexible, rewarding position with daytime hours and no nights or weekends?
Resident Salon Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Licensed Nail Technician to provide professional nail care services to seniors in a welcoming senior living community in the Weymouth, Massachusetts area.
This is more than a traditional nail technician position. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing personalized services that promote confidence, relaxation, dignity, and overall well-being.

The Employee will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,000, to be paid in installments as follows: 25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. To qualify, the Employee must:
- Complete the required CARES certification (if applicable),
- Demonstrate successful adherence to RSS paperwork protocols, and
- Effectively utilize RSS systems.
- 25% ($250) after completion of 6 months of employment with RSS. The Employee must be in good standing and have adhered to all RSS policies and protocols.
- 50% ($500) after completion of 1 year of employment with RSS. The Employee must remain in good standing and continue to meet all RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols.
If the Employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated prior to completing one year of employment, RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments.
What You'll DoAs a Licensed Nail Technician, you will:
- Provide professional manicures, pedicures, and hand and foot treatments tailored to the unique needs of mature clientele
- Deliver compassionate, personalized service to senior residents
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, calming, and welcoming service environment
- Build warm and trusting relationships through kind, respectful, and professional interactions
- Use techniques and products appropriate for mature skin and nails
- Follow all company, Massachusetts state licensing, hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Help residents feel confident, cared for, and pampered
- Current Massachusetts Nail Technician License
- Professional experience providing manicures, pedicures, and other nail services
- Experience working with seniors, older adults, or in a senior living or healthcare environment is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, compassionate, and dependable personality
