When inventory work is up to date, this person jumps in wherever needed to support day-to-day warehouse operations.

  • Research inventory discrepancies and work to identify the root cause before making or requesting adjustments.
  • Verify product quantities, locations, and identifying information are correct.
  • Identify misplaced, damaged, or incorrectly labeled inventory and make sure issues are addressed.
  • Support inventory adjustments and corrections according to established procedures.
  • Monitor inventory movement and flag recurring discrepancies or process concerns to warehouse leadership.
  • Help ensure product is stored in the correct location and warehouse locations remain accurate and organized.
Team Support and Problem Solving

  • Help team members troubleshoot missing product, quantity discrepancies, location issues, and other inventory concerns.
  • Reinforce inventory procedures and accuracy expectations with warehouse team members.
  • Support onboarding and training related to inventory processes and warehouse organization.
  • Identify recurring issues or process gaps and communicate them to warehouse leadership.
  • Work with picking, shipping, receiving, and other warehouse functions to resolve inventory issues before they affect customer orders.
Warehouse Operations
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, picking, or other warehouse activities as needed.
  • Help organize inventory and maintain clean, accurate storage locations.
  • Inspect products for damage or quality concerns when handling inventory.
  • Report damaged product, inventory discrepancies, or operational concerns to management.
  • Support warehouse housekeeping and organization.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, with direct experience in inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, fulfillment, or related warehouse operations.
  • Prior experience in a lead, training, or mentorship role preferred.

  • Able to stay organized and effective while managing multiple priorities.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
What We're Looking For
  • Takes ownership of inventory accuracy and follows issues through to resolution.
  • Notices when something doesn't look right and takes the time to investigate it.
  • Looks for patterns behind inventory discrepancies instead of only correcting the immediate problem.
  • Gives clear, practical guidance to team members when inventory questions come up.
  • Keeps inventory organized and understands how accuracy affects the rest of the warehouse.
  • Moves comfortably between inventory responsibilities and hands-on warehouse work.
  • Holds quality and safety standards consistently, even when operations are busy.
