Arbiter is hiring a Business Development Representative to help fuel our sales pipeline. We work with athletic directors and school administrators across the country, and this role is where our best Account Executives get their start.

- Prospect into target accounts through calls, emails, and creative outreach, and turn conversations into qualified pipeline.
- Run discovery conversations that uncover what a school or athletic department actually needs.
- Partner with Account Executives to plan and execute account strategy together.
- Build relationships with multiple contacts across an account so you understand the full picture before handing off a qualified opportunity.
- Keep clean, useful records in the CRM so nothing falls through the cracks.

Nice to Have
- Experience in sales, business development, customer-facing work, athletics
- A track record of achievement, whether that's exceeding a quota, competing athletically, leading a team, or building something of your own.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Salesloft.
First month
- You're learning the space: school athletics and administration, who the buyers are, and what they're actually dealing with.
- You're learning what questions get past the surface and uncover a real problem.
- You're learning to read activity and behavior, so you can tell who's genuinely engaged
2-6 Months
- You're consistently building strong pipeline and sharpening your discovery skills.
- You're earning credibility with prospects and with the Account Executives you support.
6 to 18 Months
- Your opportunities are consistently converting into real revenue.
- You've built business acumen and sales process knowledge to step into an Account Executive role.
This role is remote-friendly for candidates who can manage their day as their own book of business. What matters is energy, accountability to your targets and a willingness to collaborate and share best practices with your peers.

- Have an internet connection that’s adequate for their job, a minimum of 10Mbps down.
