David Giarratano - State Farm Agency, located in East Stroudsburg, PA has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, as needed. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

What we provide:

• Base Salary $36,000 - $40,000 depending on experience
• Commission and Bonuses
• Paid time off (80 hours personal/vacation) after one year of employment

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty license (required)
• Life, Accident & Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Recent State Farm experience preferred but not required
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Bilingual a plus but not required
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Must be able to pass a background check
