Position Overview
The position of Therapist-Partial is responsible for providing clinical leadership, guidance, and consultation as a team member. This includes clinical consultation, individual, group, and family therapy as well as other forms of intervention as directed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group and family therapy to individuals admitted to partial level of care which directly correlate to goals in the Treatment Plan.
- Take a lead role in the Interdisciplinary Team process to facilitate coordination of care.
- Assist with the completion of the intake process for any new admissions as needed.
- Ensure individuals attend program daily and document any absences in EHR.
- Designate client problem areas, assist client in formulating related goals and tasks and support client in achieving these goals via completion of specific tasks.
- Ensure documentation is thorough and finalized in a timely manner.
- Assist with milieu management when needed including transporting clients in company vehicles when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Mental Health Field Preferred
- Valid driver’s license and First Aid/CPR certifications required.
- Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be able to be certified in Safe Crisis Management
