Investor Relations Associate
Greenleaf is an owner operator of multi-family and commercial real estate in the southeast market. We have developed a vertically integrated organization that provides all aspects of onsite and offsite services for our communities, ranging from core maintenance strategies to full investment services. Our teams work closely together to provide clear communication and effective solutions, while continually improving our portfolio and team members.
The Investor Relations Associate will be charged with administering and maintaining relationships with Greenleaf’s investors throughout the investment process. The focus is to know prospective and current investors and keep them engaged through the duration of the investment lifecycle. The team’s goal is to educate investors on Greenleaf’s investment process, convert prospective investors, and establish a holistic investment experience to create repeat and referring investors.
Responsibilities include executing investor fundraising campaigns, managing company’s investor services portal, conducting ongoing investor communications, and providing support in achieving the goals of the Greenleaf Team.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for day-to-day management of investor inquiries serving as the key point of contact for the investment community and ensuring accurate response times to all emails and phone calls.
• Cultivate investor relationships.
• Manage and execute the full fundraise lifecycle for new deal launches to ensure each deal is fully fundraised three weeks prior to closing with receipt of all funds two weeks prior to closing.
• Participate in investor end of quarter reporting process including creating investor communications, disseminating end of quarter reports, newsletters, web recordings, and live streams, answering all end of quarter related questions, and scheduling follow-up meetings.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team as needed.
• Manage and maintain the investment platform including investor onboarding, new deal listings, and deal communications.
• Manage the investor lifecycle through personal relationship management for each stage of the lifecycle.
• Plan and execute monthly investor social hours and annual investor forum.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor services program.
