We are currently seeking CCTV Technician Operator with robotic tap cutting experience and who may also have a valid CDL license and PACP certification to join our team in Decatur, IL. As a CCTV Technician in the cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) industry, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of remote cutting equipment, pre and post-video inspection of pipelines, and supervision of confined space entry procedures. You’ll locate lateral connections within a pipeline, and assess the operating conditions and reinstatement of laterals after pipe rehabilitation. This position must also perform all duties of the Installation Technician as needed.
Starting pay is $41.02 per hour.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate remote closed-circuit cameras to record the internal condition of sewer pipelines and determine if cleaning and / or repairs are required prior to rehabilitation
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment within the TV truck including fluid levels and service condition of tools and equipment
- Confined space entry utilizing Insituform’s safety procedures to install, cut and grout the ends of the liner
- Maintain, complete and control paperwork related to a project for presentation to the office, superintendent and / or client
- Maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, and perform authorized field repairs to cameras, robots, and ancillary equipment such as cables, connectors, and reels
- Work with supervisors, clients, peers, and homeowners
- Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
- Site preparation including attachment of boiler hose, prep of lay flat, laying out bypass hoses, and traffic control
What We Need From You:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Class A or B CDL Preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience working in an outdoor construction environment, preferably with CIPP or water or sewer utilities.
- PACP certification is preferred
- Must be able to work in confined spaces.
- Ability to work overtime, nights and weekends based on business needs.
- Ability to travel overnight, locally and regionally (across state lines), as work assignments dictate. Monday through Friday throughout the Midwest.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
