Website Director in Dallas, Texas at Gold Adam, Inc.

Position Summary

Gold Adam is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Website Director to

lead the vision, performance, and day to day development of the company’s website

and digital presence. The Website Director will own the website as a key business

and customer acquisition channel. They will ensure it is visually compelling, easy to

navigate, technically sound, optimized for search and conversion, and aligned with

the Gold Adam brand. This role requires a combination of digital strategy,

ecommerce expertise, project management, analytics, UX/UI understanding, content

strategy, and leadership. The ideal candidate can move comfortably between high

level strategy and hands on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall website strategy in alignment with Gold Adam’s business, brand, and revenue objectives.
• Own the website’s performance, functionality, content, customer experience, and ongoing optimization.
• Lead website redesigns, new page launches, feature development, and major digital initiatives.
• Partner with marketing, creative, sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure the website supports broader company goals.
• Manage website content, product/service presentations, landing pages, promotions, and campaigns.
• Continuously improve the user experience, navigation, site structure, and conversion journey.
• Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Develop and manage an SEO strategy in partnership with internal or external SEO resources.
• Oversee website SEO, technical health, page speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and overall site performance.
• Manage relationships with web developers, designers, agencies, technology partners, and other digital vendors.
• Establish website standards, processes, workflows, and quality-control procedures.
• Conduct regular website audits and competitive research to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use A/B testing, customer behavior, analytics, and other data to make informed website decisions.
• Ensure the website accurately represents Gold Adam’s brand identity and maintains a premium, consistent customer experience.
• Stay current on emerging website technologies, AI tools, digital marketing trends, UX practices, and ecommerce best practices.
• Manage website related budgets, timelines, priorities, and project deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, ecommerce, UX, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing and growing a high traffic or revenue generating website.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion optimization.
• Experience with website analytics and performance tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Experience working with CMS and/or ecommerce platforms.
• Proven project management and vendor management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent strategic judgment.
