Retail & Digital Commerce Coordinator in Tempe, Arizona at Hendley Communications Inc

Walts TV is seeking a Retail & Digital Commerce Coordinator to support our commerce operations across both our website and physical retail store. This role connects digital and in-store experiences, helping identify the right products for each channel and ensuring consistency across our online and offline presence. The ideal candidate understands that the retail store and e-commerce business should work together. They will use their knowledge of store inventory, customer demand, product trends, pricing, and online activity to identify opportunities that benefit the overall retail business.

A key part of this position is developing a strong understanding of procurement and product purchasing. The coordinator will work with buyers to recognize opportunities to purchase products at the right cost, determine how those products can be successfully marketed and sold, and help turn those opportunities into profitable retail sales.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day website operations, including product listings, updates, and promotions
Coordinate with the retail store team to ensure product selection and messaging align across channels
Identify and evaluate potential new products for the website and store, working with merchandising/buying teams as needed
Assist with social media content as part of broader digital and retail marketing efforts
Track and report on product performance across website and in-store channels
Support cross-channel promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
Help maintain a consistent brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in retail, eCommerce, merchandising, or a related field
Comfortable working with website content tools and basic reporting/analytics
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple channels at once
Interest in product trends and merchandising decisions
