Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Service Technician to join our team. This role is essential to our operations, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers following installations. You will ensure that our projects are completed to the highest standard, address minor service needs, and provide critical support to our field crews and office staff. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who values independence, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
*   Customer Support: Act as the face of the company post-installation, ensuring customers receive timely attention and that all their concerns are addressed promptly.
*   Repairs & Troubleshooting: Perform skilled customer repairs and proactively address minor service-related issues to maintain our high standards of quality.
*   Documentation: Facilitate the completion of projects by obtaining necessary Certificate of Completion (COC) signatures and maintaining accurate site records.
*   Site Inspections: Conduct minor inspections to verify work quality and ensure site safety and compliance.
*   Logistics & Field Support: Manage material runs as needed to keep projects moving. Provide hands-on assistance to field crews and support office operations when on-site field assistance is required.
*   Collaboration: Maintain open communication with the office team to coordinate schedules and service priorities effectively.

Qualifications
*   Proven experience in a service, maintenance, or technical field-based role.
*   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
*   A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
*   Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and solve problems on-site.
*   Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn our specific service processes.

Compensation & Benefits
*   Pay: $23.50 per hour ($45,120 annual).
*   Company Vehicle: A company truck will be provided for all work-related travel.
*   Fuel: A company gas card is provided for all business-related fuel expenses.

Schedule
*   Work Week: Tuesday through Saturday.
*   Why this schedule? This shift is vital to our operations, as it ensures dedicated field coverage on Saturdays while maintaining a consistent, full-time five-day work schedule for our team members.
