Requirements: Previous experience managing a restaurant in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Extensive food and beverage knowledge with the ability to recall ingredients and menu details to support guests and team members. Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate, train, and develop staff. Proficiency with restaurant management and scheduling software (e.g., POS, inventory, and reporting systems).
