MG PE: Manager - Patient Engagement in Shreveport, Louisiana at Willis-Knighton Health System

The Manager of Patient Engagement serves as a liaison between patients, families, and the health system to address concerns, resolve complaints, and improve the overall patient experience. This role coordinates investigations across multiple departments, facilitates communication among departments, and leads service recovery efforts to ensure patient concerns are addressed promptly, professionally, and compassionately. This position also identifies trends and opportunities for improvement to support quality care and patient satisfaction across the organization.

Educational Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Employment Experience and Skills:

• Experience in healthcare preferred
• Experience working with outside departments on improvement projects preferred
• Experience working with large data sets and platforms. Preferably with a history of working with dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and improving data integration.
• Comfortable and experienced presenting in front of leadership and staff.
• Experience in managing performance improvement projects
• Experience in managing complaints required.
• Comfortable working with others to meet deadlines.
• Experience educating clinical and non-clinical staff
• Familiar with patient experience best practices.
• Familiar with CI CARE model of service delivery.
