About Stussy

Stüssy was founded in 1980 and has grown into a global lifestyle brand. We currently have over 55 stores worldwide in locations such as London, Paris, Milan, New York, LA, Tokyo, Taipei, and Seoul. Stüssy represents a lifestyle widely embraced by street subcultures since the 80s. What started from the scrawled signature logo of founder Shawn Stüssy can now be found globally online and in specialty high-end designer shops all over the world. Originating in California, the brand continues to expand its clothing and reach new places globally across the EMEA region and beyond.

About the role

As the EMEA Site Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our regional websites (UK, EU, and localized EMEA storefronts) are optimized, visually engaging, and operating at peak performance. Key priorities include driving regional localization, managing accurate multi-currency pricing strategies, and ensuring precise, high-quality translations across all digital storefronts. You’ll manage day-to-day site operations across EMEA digital channels, support timely and accurate product launches, manage regional SKU translations and size charts, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting on UK & EU e-commerce metrics. Your focus will be to maintain site accuracy, monitor regional performance, optimize local checkout experiences (including localized payment methods and shipping strategies), and support cross-functional teams with data that informs key business decisions.

What you'll do

Reporting and Providing Insights for EMEA Business Needs

  • Maintain and regularly update weekly performance dashboards for UK & EU storefronts, tracking key regional KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and localized checkout metrics.
  • Analyze EMEA site performance, regional demand trends, and user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Present weekly and monthly reports on regional site health and key metrics to internal and external stakeholders, offering actionable insights across UK and EU markets.
  • Provide timely, ad hoc reporting in response to regional business needs or leadership requests.
Monitor and Maintain Overall EMEA Website Health and Performance
  • Manage day-to-day site operations across regional websites (EU & UK), including content updates, product setup, localized pricing, currency management, and merchandising alignment.
  • Prioritize end-to-end regional localization, localized product pricing, translations, currency conversions, size chart builds, and site navigation tailored to EMEA customers.
  • Ensure content accuracy and site consistency across regional storefronts by collaborating with global and regional cross-functional teams (Merchandising, UX, Logistics, and Marketing).
  • Log all website updates in a centralized tracker to maintain accuracy, improve workflows, and reduce errors across localized platforms.
  • Support regional on-site SEO strategies, including localized metadata management, alt-text tagging, and ongoing content optimization to boost organic search performance across EMEA markets.
  • Ensure all product listings are accurate, visually aligned with brand standards, and include complete descriptions, localized pricing, images, and sizing information.
  • Lead regional launch preparation by mastering the end-to-end product creation, upload, and scheduled release process across UK and EU time zones.
  • Optimize site navigation, product listing pages (PLPs), and promotional banners to maximize product visibility and drive conversion across key EMEA markets.
  • Track and QA web development releases, localized payment methods (e.g., Klarna, iDEAL), and shipping logic to ensure seamless deployment and customer checkout experiences.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations, with a strong focus on e-commerce, operations, and logistics—preferably within the fashion or streetwear industry in the EMEA / UK / European markets.
  • Proven track record in regional e-commerce operations, including hands-on experience with multi-storefront site management, order flow, localized fulfillment, and customer experience support.
  • Experience supporting front-end eCommerce functions, including storefront localization, multi-currency pricing management, and regional content translations, alongside on-site SEO, digital merchandising, product setup, and cross-functional alignment with marketing, logistics, and UX teams.
  • Deep familiarity with the Stüssy brand, culture, and values, with a strong understanding of the EMEA streetwear landscape and subcultures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems; hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and localized expansion stores is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create and maintain detailed regional reports, dashboards, and operational documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail—able to manage multi-market priorities while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments, managing competing deadlines across international time zones with calm and focus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting regional performance data, identifying market trends, and driving actionable site improvements.
