Jake's Heating, Air & Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for a Sewer Sales Representative who knows how to connect with homeowners, recognize opportunities, and turn conversations into results.

• Own the Opportunity: Meet with homeowners, assess their sewer and drain needs, and take charge of the sales process from start to finish.
• Build Trust, Close Deals: Connect with customers, ask the right questions, and confidently present solutions that make sense for their homes.
• Know Your Solutions: Explain sewer repairs, replacements, and available options in a way homeowners can easily understand.
• Drive Results: Set goals, track your performance, and consistently work toward exceeding sales expectations.
• Create Winning Proposals: Prepare accurate estimates, present financing options, and help customers move forward with confidence.
• Follow Up and Follow Through: Stay connected with customers, overcome objections professionally, and don't let opportunities fall through the cracks.
• Work as a Team: Partner with our plumbing and sewer teams to ensure a smooth experience from the initial appointment through job completion.
• Take Ownership: Manage your appointments, stay organized, and hold yourself accountable for your results.

• Previous sales experience preferred. Plumbing, HVAC, home improvement, or in-home sales experience is a plus.
• A confident communicator who knows how to connect with people and build relationships.
• Strong closing skills and the ability to handle objections without being pushy.
• A competitive, goal-driven mindset with a desire to succeed.
• Someone who takes initiative, stays motivated, and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
• Ability to recognize opportunities and turn them into results.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
