Clean and organize the community office, meeting areas, common restrooms, and pool deck or surrounding areas; check and replenish restroom supplies.
Water common-area plants, perform light grounds upkeep, and check for irrigation leaks, damaged sprinkler heads, and landscaping concerns.
Walk the property regularly, identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and promptly report problems to the assigned supervisor.
Follow daily priorities, provide updates on completed and outstanding work, and keep tools, supplies, and storage areas organized.
Use tools, equipment, and cleaning products safely. Interact respectfully with residents, follow management instructions, and assist with other assigned community maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
At least two years of general maintenance, building trades, or related hands-on repair experience. HOA, condominium, or multifamily community experience is a plus.
Practical repair skills, basic irrigation knowledge, and experience using common hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
Willingness to perform daily cleaning and outdoor upkeep as a regular part of the job.
Dependable attendance, good follow-through, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
