Lead Registered Behavior Technician - Nashville, TN

Pay Range = $19-$20/hour (based on experience)

What You Will Do

  • Maintain billable schedule of 10-15 direct client service hours.
  • Field client and technician call-offs and coordinate coverage for ABA services.
  • Cancel appointments and update client attendance in practice management software for ABA services. Communicate cancellations to clinical staff.
  • Track attendance for behavior technicians and RBTs.
  • Review and confirm lunch coverage for ABA services. Communicate any lunches that cannot be covered to clinicians.
  • Ensure coverage for all prearranged client and technician absences for ABA services.
  • Provide data to Clinic Site Lead regarding technician and client attendance.
  • Update room assignments and report on space capacity for all services to clinical team members.
  • Enter and publish behavior technician and RBT schedules for ABA services in advance of each service month. Modify and arrange coverage due to prearranged absences as needed. Ensure all clinical team members are aware of prearranged absence requests.
  • Collect and update behavior technician availability in master schedule in practice management software.
  • Maintain master room schedules in collaboration with clinical staff members.
  • Collect and update client availability in master schedule based on summer break and school year availability.
  • Work with clinical staff members to develop client and technician schedules and ensure timely publication of schedules.

What You Will Bring

  • RBT Credential with at least one year of experience working as an RBT in a clinic setting
  • Maintained 95% or greater treatment fidelity average for 6+ months.
  • At least one year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Has not been placed on a performance improvement plan in the year preceding application.
