This role sits at the intersection of marketing, AI, and data-driven growth, focused on shaping next-generation solutions for customer intelligence and personalized engagement. You will define and evolve strategic offerings that help organizations transform how they acquire, engage, and retain customers in real time. Operating in a highly matrixed, global environment, you will work closely with sales, delivery, and ecosystem partners to bring innovative ideas to market. The role blends strategy, product thinking, and go-to-market execution, requiring both vision and hands-on delivery. You will influence senior stakeholders while driving alignment across technical and business teams. It is an opportunity to build scalable marketing solutions powered by AI, data platforms, and modern MarTech ecosystems.
In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of Customer Intelligence & Growth offerings, ensuring they address key client challenges in acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Define and evolve the offering strategy by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in marketing, personalization, and AI-driven growth.
- Build and scale solution assets by developing MVPs, piloting with clients, and creating reusable accelerators, playbooks, and demos.
- Design and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies, including positioning, packaging, launch planning, and commercial alignment.
- Act as a domain expert supporting sales pursuits, solution shaping, proposal development, and executive-level client conversations.
- Partner with ecosystem and technology providers (including cloud and MarTech partners) to co-create integrated solutions and accelerate adoption.
- Track KPIs such as adoption, pipeline impact, win rates, and time-to-value, using insights to continuously refine offerings and execution.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in marketing, product strategy, and customer growth solutions, with strong exposure to data-driven and AI-enabled ecosystems.
- 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or solution ownership within marketing, customer intelligence, or personalization domains.
- Strong expertise in strategic offering design, including market analysis, value proposition development, and business case creation.
- Hands-on knowledge of marketing and personalization technologies, including platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Looker.
- Understanding of Gen AI concepts and enterprise applications such as Gemini or Vertex AI is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to design and execute GTM strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with an ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous settings.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree and relevant cloud certifications are a plus.
