This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of a cutting-edge AI-powered product within a complex, highly regulated enterprise environment.
You will help shape a multi-agent AI solution designed to support internal teams in reviewing and validating critical regulatory documentation.
The product will integrate internal knowledge bases with external regulatory frameworks, including FDA guidelines, to support innovation, compliance, and product development workflows.
You will act as a key connector between business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners across multiple geographies.
The role requires strong product thinking, structured communication, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product specifications.
You will contribute to building clarity, alignment, and execution readiness in a fast-evolving AI-driven project.
This is a highly collaborative, remote-first role at the intersection of product management, AI innovation, and regulatory technology.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to gather, analyze, and structure product needs, workflows, and documentation requirements.
- Define and translate business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications for a multi-agent AI system.
- Work closely with engineering teams to support product development, implementation, and iterative delivery cycles.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical partners to ensure alignment and clarity across all phases of the project.
- Document product decisions, technical requirements, and functional specifications in a structured and accessible format.
- Support UI/UX definition in collaboration with designers when applicable, ensuring user needs are reflected in product design.
- Use product management tools to track requirements, organize workflows, and monitor project progress.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product processes, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and delivery consistency.
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or similar product-focused roles.
- Experience working in startup environments or product-driven organizations is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders in complex environments.
- Solid understanding of product/project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in day-to-day workflows is highly valued.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and documentation.
- Comfortable working in remote, cross-functional, and internationally distributed teams.
- Ability to work with strong overlap with U.S. Eastern Time zones.
- Prior exposure to regulated industries or AI-driven products is a plus.
- Monthly compensation in USD, estimated between $2,500 and $3,000 depending on experience
