Manager of Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance

As Manager of Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance, you will maintain the health and safety program to support a healthy and safe workplace for all employees, and you will develop and maintain a Quality Assurance Program to promote service excellence across all KACL programs. You will work collaboratively with KACL’s service delivery programs and Corporate Services departments to support the organization’s overall goals and initiatives.

You Will:
  • Provide leadership throughout the organization in your oversight of the HSQA program.
  • Promote a culture that champions the fundamentals of Safety, Teamwork, Courtesy, and Inclusion.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain KACL’s Health and Safety and Quality Assurance programs.
  • Receive and review feedback and complaints and take appropriate action.
  • Prepare annual Operational Plans for Health and Safety and for Quality Assurance.
  • Act as a resource for KACL Managers and Supervisors to ensure that policies and procedures are known, understood, communicated to teams, and followed.
  • Collaborate with other Corporate Services departments to provide integrated and efficient services to the entire organization.
  • Provide leadership and expertise to inform and support management decision-making.
