  • Oversee media relations, analyst engagement, and thought leadership programs to strengthen category leadership and share of voice.
  • Create impactful event experiences and experiential marketing initiatives that enhance audience engagement and reinforce brand identity.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align brand initiatives with company growth objectives and go-to-market strategies.
  • Foster experimentation with emerging technologies and AI-powered tools to optimize creative workflows, innovation, and audience engagement.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in brand, creative, communications, or marketing leadership roles, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environments.
  • Proven success managing and aligning multiple functions such as Creative, Content, Social Media, and Communications under a unified strategy.
  • Strong storytelling and narrative development skills, with the ability to make technical or complex concepts engaging and accessible.
  • Demonstrated experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams, including second-line leadership.
  • Expertise in connecting brand initiatives to measurable business impact, including awareness, demand generation, and revenue influence.
  • Deep understanding of modern social platforms, audience behavior, digital engagement strategies, and cultural relevance.
  • Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional departments including Product, Growth, and Product Marketing.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision, process development, and execution excellence.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies used to enhance creative production, storytelling, and marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive-level salary and equity package
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents
  • Flexible PTO policy plus paid sick leave and company holidays
  • Remote work support including workspace, internet, and cellphone stipends
  • Health and wellness stipend
  • Family planning benefits
  • 401(k) matching with immediate vesting
  • Commuter benefits for eligible office locations
  • Access to virtual team-building activities, learning sessions, and company-wide events
  • Opportunity to work within a globally distributed and innovation-focused environment.
