Accountabilities:

  • Drive achievement of sales targets and corporate revenue objectives across mid-market accounts.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to execute strategic sales plans and close key opportunities.
  • Coach and develop sales team members through active deal support, call participation, and performance management.
  • Develop and refine sales messaging, personas, playbooks, and go-to-market motions tailored to industrial and manufacturing clients.
  • Maintain and expand a strong network within the manufacturing and industrial sector at the executive level.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development teams to align sales execution.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and optimize team structure.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging customer opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B environments.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing SaaS sales teams.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of mid-market and enterprise sales cycles, including pilot and proof-of-concept processes.
  • Experience building GTM strategies, sales frameworks, and structured playbooks.
  • Established network within manufacturing or industrial industries with strong executive relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using sales tools and analytics to improve performance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation abilities.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary and stock options.
  • Unlimited paid time off and flexible work arrangements.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including retirement plan with employer match.
  • Fully remote-first work environment with collaboration across distributed teams.
  • Opportunity to have a direct impact on company growth and industry transformation.
  • Work alongside a dynamic, high-growth team in a mission-driven environment.
  • Flexible schedule supporting work-life balance and autonomy.
