VeyoStay is a multi-phased hospitality evolution ecosystem designed to transform the guest experience and property protection landscape. Rather than rushing to thin margins nationwide, we are executing a highly strategic, disciplined regional rollout over the next 10 years, mastering our home market before expanding across the Southeast:

  • Phase I (Year 1): The Dual-Layer Tech Platform [North Carolina Focus]. Launching our comprehensive technology stack across North Carolina hospitality properties. This features a dual-layer value proposition for hoteliers:

    1. The Protection Shield (VeyoShield™): Our $1,000,000.00 first-dollar asset protection waiver framework, driven by a 4-layer biometric identity and fraud screening system.

    2. The In-Room Digital Application: A property-customized, fully functional mobile application deployed for every room (VeyoSuite). This app serves as a digital concierge, giving guests instant access to essential hotel details, localized dining guides, nearby retail spots, property amenities, and real-time support.

  • Phase II (Year 2): The Textile Layer [North Carolina Focus]. Expanding our physical brand imprint directly inside the hotel room. Moving from pure software into high-end, branded VeyoStay textiles, luxury linens, sheets, and custom room amenities across our established NC portfolio.

  • Phase III (Year 3): The Southeast VeyoHomes Expansion [SC, VA, TN Regional Expansion]. Expanding our geographic footprint into South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee with the launch of VeyoHomes—a highly curated marketplace of elite, fully vetted vacation rental homes operating under our universal, frictionless check-in and asset protection standards.

  • The Long-Term Outlook: VeyoStay will maintain an intensive Southeast regional focus, with nationwide expansion projected as a structured milestone at least 10 years down the line.

We are seeking visionary Field Advisory Specialists (FAS) to secure the foundational North Carolina footprint required to fuel this multi-year lifecycle.

Detailed Compensation & Infrastructure Architecture
  • Immediate Portfolio Expansion Bonus: For every individual hotel room (VeyoSuite) successfully attached to an active contract within your North Carolina territory, you earn a flat $25.00 activation bonus. There is no corporate cap on your earning potential; you are limited only by the total room keys in your pipeline.

  • 20% Dynamic Residual Commission: Capture a 20% trailing residual commission on the net operational profit generated by every active room night in your portfolio. Because room-night waiver and digital application pricing adjusts dynamically based on our localized Market Multiplier (factoring in Brand/Flag tiers, regional sub-regions, and compression matrices), your residual earnings scale exponentially as the platform optimizes.

  • Independent Infrastructure & Software Allocation: To maintain strict legal compliance under 1099-NEC independent operating guidelines, contractors are provisioned with a full, enterprise-grade business suite for a flat fee of $75.00 per month. This fee directly covers and provides:

    • A professional, cloud-based eVoice phone system license for dedicated outbound client and property dialing. (Note: The company is scheduled to migrate all active specialists to our centralized corporate RingCentral communications framework in Winter 2026–2027 or Spring 2027, scaled dynamically alongside regional VeyoSuite acquisition volumes).

    • Full deployment access to our state-of-the-art, all-in-one corporate operating software (Zoho One) to manage your pipeline, properties module, and communications.

    • Comprehensive initial platform training and constant, direct 1-on-1 contact with a corporate Founder for real-time pipeline strategy, questions, and executive support.

The Summer 2027 W-2 Evolution

This role is the direct pipeline to our future executive suite. As we scale out of Phase I and transition directly into the tactile textile rollouts of Phase II, VeyoStay projects a full corporate transition in Summer 2027. High-performing specialists who have built dominant regional portfolios will be advanced into Full-Time Corporate W-2 Salaried Employment, unlocking executive salary bases, comprehensive health benefits, and regional director roles as we prepare for Phase III expansion.

Cross-Portfolio Executive Travel Perks (Almost Free)

To ensure our team lives and breathes the VeyoStay ecosystem across all phases, you are granted deep, deep discounts—rendering stays almost entirely free—across our entire portfolio of partner properties and upcoming luxury VeyoHomes. Stays are pegged tightly to the absolute bottom floor margins of our partners (calculated at 10% above Total Breakeven ADR).

Core Responsibilities
  • Phase I Footprint Acquisition: Pitch and secure contracts directly with North Carolina hotel General Managers, Directors of Sales, and corporate franchise management groups to integrate both the VeyoShield protective framework and our custom In-Room Digital Guest Application.

  • Dynamic Future Pipeline Cultivation: Position VeyoStay as a long-term ecosystem partner. Show hoteliers how our tech layer naturally evolves into our Phase II tactile textiles to upgrade their physical rooms and guest satisfaction metrics.

  • Interim Guest Relations Support: To keep our early-stage brand reputation flawless, you will split focus to actively assist with Guest Relations management. You will help oversee guest onboarding, mobile application navigation troubleshooting, verification checkpoint alignment, and elite travel inquiries until our dedicated division of Guest Relations Concierges is fully deployed.

  • Database Management: Maintain immaculate records within the property CRM module (Zoho), ensuring proper mapping of Brand/Flag tiers and sub-regions so our systems auto-populate exact Market Multipliers.

Requirements
  • 3+ years in hotel operations, hospitality SaaS sales, regional corporate hotel sales, or vacation rental real estate pipelines—ideally with deep existing professional networks inside North Carolina.

  • Fluency in hospitality financial metrics (ADR, RevPAR, and operational room turnover break-evens).

  • The hustle, agility, and poise to manage B2B property sales while temporarily supporting high-touch guest relations.

  • Absolute self-motivation to operate autonomously in a remote-first, high-performance contractor environment using our corporate tech stack.
