Key Responsibilities:
- Perform trade-specific work according to plans and specifications
- Read basic drawings and follow scope direction
- Coordinate work with other trades on active job sites
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Use tools and equipment safely and correctly
- Follow company safety standards and site rules
- Report progress and issues to foremen or superintendents

Qualifications:
- Building trade experience required
- Prior work for a general contractor strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
- Strong attention to quality and detail
- Understanding of job site safety and procedures
- Reliable transportation to job sites
