This role is designed for a hands-on talent acquisition leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to directly shape how a company builds its teams. You will own end-to-end recruiting across key business functions while also defining and scaling the systems, processes, and hiring standards that enable long-term growth. Acting as both a high-impact individual contributor and a builder of recruiting infrastructure, you will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to ensure every hire meets a high bar for ownership, judgment, and execution. The role blends strategic talent leadership with deep operational execution, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and funnel optimization. You will play a central role in improving hiring quality, speed, and consistency across the organization. This is an opportunity to influence not just who gets hired, but how the entire company approaches talent.
- Own full-cycle recruiting across business, GTM, operations, finance, and senior leadership roles, ensuring high-quality hires across all critical functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, interview criteria, and leveling before each search begins.
- Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, research, and targeted talent mapping.
- Lead structured interview processes, ensuring consistent evaluation standards and high-quality feedback capture across teams.
- Drive offer strategy, including compensation alignment, leveling decisions, and candidate closing efforts.
- Maintain ATS integrity, ensuring strong pipeline management, reporting accuracy, and documentation hygiene.
- Build and improve hiring infrastructure such as interview scorecards, rubrics, leveling frameworks, and onboarding tools.
- Analyze recruiting funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.
- Lead and align recruiting stakeholders on process consistency, candidate experience, and hiring standards.
- Act as the internal owner of recruiting strategy, identifying gaps and driving improvements across the organization.
- 8–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong exposure to business, GTM, operations, finance, or leadership hiring.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex, high-priority searches simultaneously while maintaining strong hiring signal quality.
- Experience building or significantly improving recruiting systems, including interview frameworks, leveling guides, or ATS processes.
- Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to run proactive outbound searches for competitive or niche roles.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to diagnose funnel issues and implement improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge hiring assumptions and influence stakeholders.
- Experience operating in high-growth startup or scale-up environments with evolving hiring needs.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, or similar platforms.
- Strong judgment, ownership mindset, and ability to operate with high autonomy.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 annually, plus potential equity upside.
- Opportunity to shape and scale recruiting strategy within a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
- High autonomy and ownership in defining hiring systems and talent standards.
- Direct exposure to leadership, investors, and strategic decision-makers.
- Fast-paced, high-trust environment with strong focus on execution and impact.
- Opportunity to build foundational hiring infrastructure from the ground up.
- Meaningful long-term upside tied to company growth and success.
- Work within a high-performing team focused on solving complex, real-world financial challenges.
