Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living (ALF)
Pay: $33–$40/hour (DOE)

Status: Full Time & Part Time

Shifts: 12 Hour Shifts (8 am to 8 pm)
Department: Wellness/Nursing

Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to assisted living residents, ensuring safe, compassionate, and person-centered care. This role works closely with the Wellness team to support residents’ health needs and daily well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per state regulations
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care and vital signs
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control standards
• Ensure compliance with community policies and quality standards

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in the state of employment
• Current CPR certification
• Senior care or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
