Job Description
Sellers & Associates LLC is seeking an Instructional Systems Specialist to support the design, development, integration, and analysis of training systems and learning technologies for Navy and Department of Defense (DoD) customers. You will work closely with government clients, instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver effective, technology-enabled training solutions that meet operational and technical requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and support instructional technology and educational design and development projects
- Support the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of training systems and applications
- Coordinate technical and instructional requirements across customers, developers, and stakeholders
- Support integration and administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies
- Evaluate and implement emerging instructional technologies, including web-based and networked learning environments
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, and user support for training applications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary instructional development and technology teams
- Ensure instructional systems comply with customer requirements, security policies, and operational constraints
- Contribute to continuous improvement of instructional technologies and learning platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related computer or technical field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing educational design and development or instructional technology projects.
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience supporting a Navy, DoD, or other Department of Defense agency contract.
- Experience in the design, development, and analysis of programs or systems related to training systems or learning technologies.
- Demonstrated experience within the past three (3) years supporting or implementing emerging instructional technologies, such as learning management systems, network-based learning environments, browser-based applications, digital media, or virtual collaboration technologies.
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary instructional development or technology implementation teams.
- Ability to coordinate technical and instructional requirements across customers, developers, and stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise learning platforms and training systems.
- Experience supporting distributed learning, virtual training, or technology-enabled learning environments.
- Experience supporting system testing, implementation, and user support for training applications.
