Accountabilities:
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis across the healthcare and digital health ecosystem, identifying trends, emerging players, and strategic shifts impacting product direction.
  • Synthesize insights from internal data, qualitative research, and external benchmarking to generate hypotheses and validate product assumptions.
  • Support development of product strategy artifacts, executive presentations, and storytelling materials that communicate roadmap direction and strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops, including voice of customer sessions, design sprints, and strategic working groups.
  • Build structured narratives and frameworks that connect product opportunities with business objectives and roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with product operations to improve processes, drive alignment, and support strategic execution across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, public health, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, or equivalent analytical roles.
  • Strong experience working with data to support strategic decision-making and validate business hypotheses.
  • Familiarity with digital health, healthcare systems, or value-based care environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams in a matrixed environment.

Benefits:

  • Flexible remote-first work environment with optional office access in select U.S. locations.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with significant employer contribution.
  • Generous paid time off including vacation days, holidays, and volunteer days.
  • Paid parental leave and extended sabbatical opportunities after long-term service.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching and equity or stock-based incentives.
  • Access to learning and development programs, including education assistance and professional growth support.
  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
