Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect in India at Jobgether

This is a high-impact senior architecture role focused on designing and delivering advanced Salesforce-based enterprise solutions across complex customer environments. You will operate at the intersection of CRM architecture, AI-driven analytics, and cloud integration, shaping scalable solutions that transform business operations. The role involves deep engagement with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical designs and reporting frameworks. You will work across modern platforms including Salesforce and AI-driven capabilities such as Einstein and Agentforce. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-evolving, and centered on innovation in customer experience and automation. You will also partner closely with technical and AI specialists to deliver end-to-end intelligent solutions at scale.

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals. Translate complex business requirements into technical designs for reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions using tools such as Salesforce Einstein.
• Work on end-to-end implementation projects including integrations with external enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Define and enforce best practices for data architecture, CI/CD pipelines, deployment standards, and multi-tenant Salesforce environments.
• Develop and optimize data models, dataflows, and analytics components, supporting advanced reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI and cloud teams to integrate solutions across platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Azure, and Heroku, as well as conversational AI systems like Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
• Provide technical leadership in Apex, Lightning components, and Visualforce development while ensuring architectural governance and solution quality.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform with strong expertise in technical architecture and enterprise implementations.
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle projects including integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture, integration patterns, and scalable cloud solution design.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Heroku, and exposure to AI-driven architectures including Agentforce.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application and System Architect).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
• Full professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel internationally.
• 15 years of full-time education or equivalent academic background.
