Job Description

Senior CoreValve Therapy Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior CoreValve Therapy Consultant based in United States.

This is a high-impact field-based clinical and commercial role focused on advancing transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) therapies across a defined territory. You will serve as a critical partner to hospital teams, physicians, and clinical stakeholders, supporting complex implant procedures while driving adoption and optimal use of advanced cardiovascular technologies. The role blends clinical expertise, technical support, and strategic account development in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment. You will play a key role in educating, training, and enabling healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes through innovative valve therapies. Success in this position requires strong relationship-building skills, deep product and procedural understanding, and the ability to operate autonomously across multiple accounts. This is a field leadership role where your work directly influences clinical adoption, procedural success, and patient care quality.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive promotion and adoption of CoreValve and TAVR solutions across assigned territories, supporting sales objectives and market penetration in collaboration with clinical and commercial teams.
  • Provide direct clinical, technical, and educational support during implant procedures, ensuring safe and effective use of therapy solutions by hospital and physician teams.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including interventional cardiologists, surgeons, hospital staff, and administrative decision-makers.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, inform territory strategy, and support effective account planning and execution.
  • Support case planning, patient evaluation discussions, and procedural readiness activities in coordination with field and clinical teams.
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback on product performance, clinical needs, and innovation opportunities to internal teams such as R&D, marketing, and product development.
  • Execute territory-level strategies to achieve or exceed commercial targets while ensuring high standards of clinical support and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 3+ years of experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or healthcare field roles, ideally within cardiovascular or interventional therapies.
  • Strong understanding of hospital environments, clinical workflows, and medical device adoption processes, particularly in interventional cardiology or structural heart therapies.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with physicians and clinical stakeholders while operating effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting procedures in a hospital or surgical setting, with strong technical aptitude and ability to provide real-time clinical guidance.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing territories, achieving sales targets, and developing account growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence clinical decisions and explain complex medical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory and operate independently in a field-based role requiring strong self-direction.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of approximately $128,000 to $140,000, plus eligibility for a performance-based sales incentive plan.
  • Variable incentive compensation opportunities based on individual and territory performance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions and matching options (401k).
  • Paid time off, holidays, and additional well-being and leave programs.
  • Employee assistance programs and wellness support initiatives.
  • Opportunities for professional development within a global healthcare leader focused on innovation and patient outcomes.
