  • Manage internal contributors and external partners to ensure successful execution of search visibility initiatives and roadmap priorities.
  • Stay informed on search engine algorithm changes, AI search developments, and emerging industry trends to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of proven experience in SEO, AEO, GEO, or related search optimization disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success improving organic search performance, traffic growth, keyword rankings, and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, search analytics, and website optimization best practices.
  • Experience managing SEO programs for eCommerce businesses, multi-site environments, or large digital ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven search experiences, answer engines, generative search technologies, and evolving search behaviors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex performance data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating across product, IT, eCommerce, content, and marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and strategic focus.
  • Experience overseeing agencies, freelancers, contractors, or external vendors is considered a plus.
  • Passion for experimentation, continuous learning, and driving measurable business impact through search innovation.
