In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced cloud-based digital solutions that support critical diagnostic systems used globally in healthcare environments. You will work within a high-impact R&D engineering team focused on building scalable, secure, and high-quality software for regulated medical technologies. You will take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Architect, design, code, test, and debug software applications across backend and frontend systems
  • Develop prototypes to validate design concepts and support product innovation discussions
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing robust fixes
  • Define and promote software engineering best practices including code quality, testing, and documentation standards
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business and clinical requirements into technical solutions
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in full-stack software engineering with a focus on cloud-native applications, along with the ability to operate in regulated and high-reliability environments. You should be comfortable working independently while also mentoring others in a collaborative team setup.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development
  • 2+ years of experience in frontend development using Angular or React
  • Strong experience with Linux environments, networking fundamentals, and scripting (Python or Shell)
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control
  • 2+ years of experience working with Azure cloud technologies or similar cloud platforms
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to regulated software development (FDA/ISO standards) or medical device systems is a plus
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience
  • Health insurance and wellness programs
  • Paid time off and flexible leave policies
  • Remote work flexibility for eligible roles
  • Learning and development opportunities in advanced cloud and medical technologies
  • Exposure to global, high-impact healthcare innovation projects
  • Career growth within a leading life sciences and diagnostics ecosystem
