You will serve as a key point of contact for agents and internal teams, helping resolve operational issues, process policy-related requests, and ensure compliance with industry standards and procedures. Accountabilities:
  • Respond to agent inquiries through phone, email, chat, and task management systems with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Create and process new and renewal insurance invoices while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Obtain, organize, and manage documentation required by carriers and state regulations.
  • Issue notices of cancellation and non-renewal in accordance with applicable guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Investigate and resolve agency discrepancies, operational issues, and processing errors.
  • Review documentation and policy information to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, carriers, and agents to support operational needs and problem resolution.
  • Follow established standard operating procedures while contributing feedback for process improvements.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives to support team flexibility and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, operations support, or a related administrative field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems and operational platforms efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable managing confidential information responsibly and professionally.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and workloads.
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute preferred.
  • Associate degree, insurance industry knowledge, or General Lines Agent License considered a plus.
