Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across multiple engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives.
  • Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements and actionable execution plans.
  • Monitor program performance, identify blockers, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes across stakeholders with varying levels of technical depth.
  • Improve program management processes, frameworks, and tooling to enhance operational efficiency and execution consistency.
  • Provide clear, data-driven updates to senior leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Champion best practices in software delivery, agile execution, and scalable system design.
Requirements:

This role requires extensive experience in technical program or project management within complex engineering environments, along with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles. Candidates should bring a balance of technical depth, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in technical program management, engineering management, or related roles in technology-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and engineering workflows.
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives with multiple dependencies.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact and vice versa.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to execution.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, or complex technical environments.
