- Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across multiple engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements and actionable execution plans.
- Monitor program performance, identify blockers, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum.
- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes across stakeholders with varying levels of technical depth.
- Improve program management processes, frameworks, and tooling to enhance operational efficiency and execution consistency.

- Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in technical program management, engineering management, or related roles in technology-driven organizations.
- Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and engineering workflows.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives with multiple dependencies.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact and vice versa.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.

- Annual salary range: $130,000 – $260,000
