This role is focused on driving performance marketing growth through hands-on management of paid media campaigns across major digital platforms. The Paid Channels Marketing Manager will own execution and optimization of high-impact acquisition campaigns, primarily across Google Ads and Meta, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and ROI. You will be responsible for turning performance data into actionable growth strategies while continuously testing and refining campaign structure, targeting, and creative direction. This position sits at the intersection of media buying, analytics, and performance creative strategy, requiring both technical expertise and strong commercial thinking. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to develop high-converting ad concepts informed by real-time performance insights. This is a fast-paced, execution-driven role ideal for a marketer who thrives in testing, scaling, and optimizing paid acquisition channels.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and execute paid media strategy across Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns with a strong focus on CPA efficiency, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze performance data across campaigns, audiences, funnels, and creative to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Build structured testing roadmaps covering bidding strategies, targeting, creative variations, landing pages, and campaign structures.
  • Develop performance-driven creative hypotheses, including messaging angles, hooks, and concepts for execution by creative teams.
  • Collaborate closely with creative stakeholders to brief, iterate, and optimize ad creatives based on performance insights.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time, data-driven adjustments to budgets, bids, and targeting.
  • Identify and experiment with new channels, platform features, and growth tactics to unlock incremental performance gains.
  • Report on key performance trends and provide actionable insights tied to revenue and acquisition efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or paid media management roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working in platform analytics, GA4, and attribution tools.
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Proven ability to scale paid media campaigns while optimizing for CPA and overall efficiency.
  • Strong performance creative mindset with the ability to translate data into effective messaging and ad concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop and iterate high-performing ad creatives.
  • Familiarity with additional channels such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, programmatic, or affiliate marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar attribution platforms is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
