This is a senior full stack engineering role focused on building and evolving scalable, high-performance, and modern digital solutions that directly impact public sector transformation at scale. You will work in a highly technical and collaborative environment, contributing to both backend and frontend systems within a distributed architecture. The role combines strong engineering depth in .NET with modern frontend development in React, while also leveraging AI-driven development workflows to accelerate delivery and improve quality. You will play a key role in architectural decisions, technical leadership, and mentoring other engineers. Operating in a 100% remote setup, you will collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and user-centric solutions. This is a high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in complex systems and enjoys working with modern AI-enabled development practices.
- Design, develop, and evolve scalable full stack solutions using .NET (backend) and React (frontend) within distributed system architectures.
- Lead technical decisions related to architecture, performance, security, observability, and user experience.
- Build and maintain robust backend services using .NET 8+, including APIs, microservices, and integration layers.
- Develop and enhance modern frontend applications using React 18+, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES2022).
- Implement and maintain APIs (including GraphQL) and ensure high-quality integration across complex systems.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and vector databases like Qdrant.
- Apply and promote engineering best practices including testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and code quality standards.
- Leverage AI tools and agent-based workflows to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, and code review processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) and act as a technical reference for junior and mid-level engineers.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and delivery processes.
- Strong experience with .NET 8+ and backend development in complex distributed systems.
- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures and scalable backend solutions.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL APIs and modern API design practices.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Qdrant).
- Strong experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and caching tools like Redis.
- Proficiency in frontend development using React 18+, TypeScript 4.9+, and modern JavaScript (ES2022).
- Knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, and Design Systems.
- Experience with SSR, SSG, ISR, and CSR rendering strategies.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and testing strategies (unit, integration, performance).
- Experience with observability tools such as Sentry, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code or similar).
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and integrate them effectively into engineering workflows.
- Strong communication, autonomy, and problem-solving skills in complex and ambiguous environments.
