Head Pilot

Reporting to: General Manager (LATAM)

Role Overview
The Head Pilot is responsible for delivering safe and compliant delivery of drone show operations. This role includes overseeing live show flight execution, fleet readiness, aviation compliance and risk management to ensure world-class drone performances are delivered safely and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and operate drone flight operations across domestic and international projects.
• Adhere to operational procedures, flight manuals, SOPs, and safety protocols.
• Ensure all operational compliance with local aviation regulations and permit requirements.
• Conduct operational feasibility for proposed show locations, including site inspections and reporting.
• Lead on-site flight operations during rehearsals and live performances.
• Conduct warehouse operations, inline with company practices including maintaining and organizing equipment, inventory records, creating shipping documents, preparing and receiving shipments and processing incoming equipment.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Portuguese language, Spanish would be an additional advantage but not essential.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Proven ability to operate under pressure in fast-paced event environments,
• Excellent organizational skills.

Preferred experience:

• Experience in large-scale drone show operations.
• Certified drone pilot qualifications relevant to operating regions.
• Background in aviation, aerospace, UAV operations or live event production.
