As a Senior Enterprise Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing enterprise systems, documenting technology landscapes, and enabling informed decisions through accurate data and process insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, improve system visibility, and support enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business application and technology portfolio data, including systems, dependencies, integrations, and relationships.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business requirements, validate information, and understand enterprise processes.
- Create and maintain data flow diagrams, integration maps, process workflows, and enterprise architecture documentation.
- Analyze application portfolios, system integrations, and technology platforms to identify gaps, redundancies, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Support enterprise integration mapping and large-scale technology landscape analysis.
- Develop clear documentation and visualizations that communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify data inconsistencies, integration challenges, and compliance risks while supporting governance and security alignment.
- Recommend improvements to data collection processes, reporting frameworks, and technology portfolio management practices.
- Collaborate with teams following Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise analysis experience, technical documentation capabilities, and the ability to operate independently within complex IT environments. You should have experience working with enterprise architecture, system integrations, and technology portfolio management.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, enterprise architecture, IT portfolio management, or related roles within enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with requirement gathering, data analysis, system mapping, and integration documentation.
- Proven ability to create L1/L2 data flow diagrams and integration architecture artifacts.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise modeling and visualization tools such as Lucidchart, PlantUML, Archi, Draw.io, Visio, Figma, Mermaid, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, technology portfolios, data flows, infrastructure, security, and integration frameworks.
- Experience supporting Business Applications Portfolio Management (APM) and Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) initiatives.
- Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, risk management, ITSM/ITIL, Software Asset Management, COBIT frameworks, and vendor management practices.
- Ability to independently lead discovery sessions, documentation workflows, and analysis activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Experience with technical writing, Technical Product Ownership, or Technical Program Management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fully remote position available across India.
- Competitive compensation package of approximately INR 200K per month.
