Oregon Vascular Specialists (Portland Metro locations) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vascular surgery clinics. This leadership position plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional patient care, efficient clinic operations, staff engagement, and organizational growth.

Position Summary
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our vascular surgery practice, including clinic locations, clinical staff, non-invasive imaging services, and office-based laboratory operations. Working closely with physicians and administrative leadership, this individual will lead operational improvements, staff development, patient experience initiatives, and strategic growth efforts.
Responsibility Highlights
- Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations.
- Ensure efficient patient scheduling, clinic flow, and provider productivity.
- Coordinate staffing to meet patient and procedural volume demands.
- Develop and implement workflows, policies, and operational improvements.
- Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and support continuous process improvement.
- Lead and support clinical and administrative teams, including:
- Medical assistants
- Registered nurses
- Registered vascular technicians
- Imaging staff
- Advanced practice providers
- Office-based laboratory personnel
- Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and employee development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and service quality metrics.
- Address patient concerns and lead service recovery efforts.
- Improve communication throughout the patient journey.
- Promote a culture of compassionate, safe, and patient-centered care.
- Partner with physicians and revenue cycle teams to improve:
- Documentation accuracy
- Insurance authorization workflows
- Referral management
- Denial reduction efforts
- Support development and expansion of clinical programs, including:
- Vein services
- Wound care
- Interventional and embolization programs
- Assist with implementation of new services, workflows, and operational strategies that support practice growth.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Conduct operational and documentation audits.
- Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Requirements:Required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare management experience.
- Experience supervising both clinical and administrative staff.
- Experience working within a physician practice setting.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in vascular surgery, cardiovascular services, general surgery, interventional radiology, or procedural-based healthcare settings.
- Professional certifications such as CMPE or Medical Office Management certification.
