Program Instructor in Waterford, Michigan at New Gateways, Inc.

New Gateways, Inc. in Waterford, MI is looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our team! In this role, you'll support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) by assisting with personal care needs, promoting independence, participating in community outings, and providing meaningful companionship and support throughout the day. We're looking for someone who is patient, reliable, comfortable being active throughout their shift, and able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

This position offers flexible daytime hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a starting pay rate of $17.13 per hour and opportunities for growth within the organization.
