Role Description
The Client Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hampton, VA. This position is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for homeowners, residents, and association boards, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a professional, timely follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include managing phone, email, and in-person communications, documenting interactions, coordinating with internal teams to address service requests, and supporting community events or meetings as needed. The role also involves monitoring client satisfaction, escalating complex issues appropriately, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The Client Relations Specialist collaborates closely with property managers and administrative staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service and a positive client experience.

- Previous experience in property management, community association management, or customer service is beneficial; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional education in business or communications is an advantage.
